Monday February 25, 2013- My cabinet doors arrived today and I was sick after I saw the damage to one of the boxes. I took pictures and had the Fedex driver watch as I opened the damaged box. I was positive that the doors would be broken, but they were all undamaged. You guys packed them so that the 1000 pound gorilla that destroyed the box, couldn't trash the doors. Sunday January 6, 2013- I live out in the farm country of Iowa and there are no places anywhere near that sell cabinet doors. I wanted to give my wife a kitchen remodel for Christmas and the only option I had was the internet. I really struggled with making the purchase but I finally found Cabinetdoors.com and took the plunge. Now the job is done, finished yesterday, and I had to let you know. Everything went perfect. Tuesday December 11, 2012- I have never written a review in my life, until now. After I spent several days researching cabinet doors on the internet, I decided to buy my new kitchen doors from you. I was impressed with your reviews so I placed my order on your website, cabinetdoors.com. I was very happy with the prices and felt the shipping charges were acceptable. The reason I am writing my very first review is the call I got from you after I placed my internet order. I had no idea that you would search for a lower shipping rate--after I placed and paid for my order--but you did. You called to tell me that my order was large enough to ship on a pallet and the saving would be over $225. I was very surprised that any company would find a way to save money on shipping and actually refund it to me. So, not only am I writing this review, but I'll tell everyone I know about your company. Friday September 21, 2012- I just wanted to thank you for the excellent doors I just bought from you all. I ordered them on 4Sep12. I got them on 15Sep12, which I think is pretty fast since it includes shipping them from Arizona to North Carolina. I followed the suggestion for hinge hardware I got when I called before ordering. The Blum hinges made it very easy. I am not an accomplished wood worker by any means, but they were easy to install and made the finished product look quite nice. I have attached a picture. Thursday August 30, 2012- The measure of a good company is how they handle a problem. When I opened the box I found that both the doors I ordered were broken. The corner of the box was crushed...and so was I. I called and your only request was that I take a pic of the box and the damaged doors and email the pics to you. You did the rest. You rushed the replacements of the damaged doors and I received those replacements in 4-DAYS. The new doors are flawless and so is your customer service.-Ann S.-
